The Cloud Protector mattress protector is a luxurious jacquard knit which dresses the mattress smartly while giving a high quality handle and cushioned sleep surface for extra comfort. It is also waterproof to preserve and protect your mattress. This waterproof mattress protector also has allergy protection.
If any of your ordered items are unsuitable they may be returned to Customer Services.
Returns must be sent back within 21 days of the delivery date, unused and with all the original packaging and labelling. Please also ensure you enclose a copy of your Delivery Note in the package so your return can be identified. A collection fee will be charged, unless the goods are faulty or an incorrect item is delivered.
Should items be defective, or should your order be incorrect (i.e. due to a picking error), please notify our friendly team within seven days. We will then arrange a free collection and a refund for the full order amount within 7-14 days.
Please note that bespoke made products cannot be returned unless they are defective. If this is the case, you can contact our helpful Customer Service team by email at sales@cool-linen.com
